Who Can Donate?
- If you are in general good health
- Anyone 16 years of age or older/minimum weight of 110 (Need to meet weight/height requirements if 16-22 years of age)
- If you have identification containing your legal name and photo. ID can be from any country, state, city
How Do I prepare For My Blood Donation?
- Bring identification containing your legal name and photo (ID can be from any country)
- Drink plenty of water 3 days prior to your donation
- Eat a high-protein, low-fat meal before donating
- Upon donation, you will receive a free, mini physical.
- Your cholesterol, iron level, blood pressure, and temperature will be checked
- You will receive a donor card containing your blood type
- Enjoy free juice and cookies
- If you help recruit a new donor, you will be rewarded with two FREE movie tickets
